Policies

• A deposit of 50.00+GST is required to book and confirm your appointment.
• Archworks will call you to confirm after you have secured your self booking day and time.
• The deposit will be required over the phone with credit card or e-Transfer.
• The deposit will be deducted from your overall cost of the procedure.
• Cancellations will automatically result in forfeiture of your deposit if you do not cancel before 48 hrs leading up to your procedure date.

A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to reschedule your appointment. Less than 48 hours will result in the forfeit of your deposit.

If you do not show up for your appointment and we cannot get ahold of you this will result in the forfeiture of your $50.00 deposit.

If you are running late please call Archworks and let us know that you are going to be late. At this time we will decide if we have to rebook.

Please call 12-24 hours prior to your consultation if you need to cancel

The touch-up must be done within 6-12 weeks of original procedure.

ArchWorks strives to provide every client with the best results possible. Guidelines are provided for best healing results but there is NO GUARANTEE of the healed results as ArchWorks has no control over outside factors after you leave the premises. Healed brows vary depending on each individuals life style and care of their healing brows.

If you have had your brows previously Microbladed or powdered with a machine, this would be considered Corrective Work. Please inform ArchWorks that you have previously had your brows tattooed. Three sessions may be required over the previous work depending on how dark or if they have a lot of scars from microblading. You may also have to consider laser or saline tattoo removal before continuing with the new brow procedure.
